A 43 year old Thunder Bay man is wanted by police on an outstanding warrant and dangerous driving.

Thunder Bay Police says they located the suspect Tuesday afternoon in a red GMC Sierra on City Road.

Officers attempted to do a traffic stop, but he sped away at high rate of speed.

Due to public safety concerns, the pursuit was called off.

Due to his repeated attempts to flee from police, his actions are considered as risk to public safety.

Anyone who knows the whereabout of James Andrew Morrow, is asked to contact the Thunder Bay police, but do not approach.

He is being charged with:

• Flight from Peace Officer x 3
• Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle x 3

Morrow is described as a white male standing about 5’9” tall with a medium build.

He has blond hair and blue eyes.

His vehicle is described as an older model, red GMC pickup truck.

During the most recent interaction with police, the vehicle sported an Ontario licence plate bearing BB48648.

That plate number is not associated with the vehicle being operated.
