Impaired driving charges have been laid following a two-vehicle collision in the Thunder Bay area.

The incident took place just before 9:00 Tuesday night on Highway 11/17 in the area of John Street.

Fortunately no one was injured, but the driver of the one of vehicles had been drinking.

He was arrested and brought in for further testing.

A 57 year old man has been released from custody and scheduled to appear in Thunder Bay Court on October 17th.
