Noisy vehicles have been a problem in the Town of Yarmouth recently.

RCMP say call volumes are growing.

They say it’s illegal to drive a vehicle that has an excessively loud muffler.

You could be ticketed and have your vehicle towed.

Police also remind ATV users that it’s illegal to operate one on any public roadway.

The town is working on opening Water Street to off-road vehicles, but that hasn’t been completed yet.
