The saga of an unclaimed Lotto Max ticket valued at $70 million has come to an end.

The ticket printed in 2022 expired on June 28th, and captivated many who thought they may have misplaced the ticket

However, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation says an investigation into more than 2700 claims found none were valid.

As a result the money will be put back into the prize pool to be used in future bonus games or promotions of national lottery games, namely Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49 and Daily Grand
