Halifax Regional Police are investigating a sexual assault that happened last night near Camp Hill Cemetery.

They were called to the scene at around 6:15 p.m. where they learned that a man had approached a woman who was not known to him and touched her in a sexual manner before then fleeing the scene.

Police describe the suspect as a man in his 40’s with a greying goatee, standing roughly 5’8, and wearing a red shirt, blue shorts, and flip flops.
