The incidents are believed to have taken place between July 18 and 20 at the Abenaki Aquatic Club.

Officers arrested a man and and took an electronic device in as evidence.

In an email to members at the club, management stated the safety and privacy of our members and staff is our top priority.

“We are cooperating fully with the police as they conduct their investigation, and additionally providing support to the victims. We are in contact with Victim Services and will advise as soon as possible when we will have a team on site to add additional support to our membership at large.”

The 41-year old is facing voyeurism charge and was due in court on Friday.

“The Board has immediately made physical enhancements to the washroom facilities on the premises and will continue to identify additional opportunities to enhance policies and processes to ensure the ongoing health, safety and privacy of our members and staff.”
