A member of the RCMP is facing one charge after a SiRT investigation.

Details are few, however, The Serious Incident Response Team was contacted in March for a collision that happened on Highway 101 in Kings County.

The Response Teams says the officer failed to drive on the right-hand side of the highway.

He is scheduled to appear in court August 9.
