RCMP arrested a Colchester County man for firearms offences after an incident in Cloverdale.

Officers responded to a report of a man pointing a firearm at another man near Hemlock Loop on July 1, at around 3:45 p.m. They learned that the victim was riding a Sea Doo on the Stewiacke River when another man near the riverbank yelling and pointing a rifle at him. The man ever shot the rifle and no one was injured.
