RCMP have arrested a man after a sexual assault complaint at a grocery store in Fall River on Hwy 2.
Three young people and a woman were shopping Wednesday around 6:30pm when one of the children was groped by a man, who then quickly left the store.
Police made the arrest Thursday night in Bedford with the help of police dogs.
The 25-year-old has been charged with Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Criminal Harassment (2 counts), Failure to Comply with Conditions of an Undertaking (4 counts), Breach of Recognizance (3 counts). He will appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court later today.
