Two people from Richmond County arrested last month on sex related charges, are now considered missing.

53-year-old Daryl Lawrence Digout and 48-year-old Shelley Dawn Diane Digout were arrested late last month and are facing charges involving a minor in 2020.

They were reported missing late last week by a family member who said they hadn’t been seen for nearly 10 days.

Police are treating the court matter and the missing person report separately and add they were last seen in Barra Head.

Darryl Digout stands roughly 6’1 and is described as heavy-set. He is bald with blue eyes and was last seen wearing camo pants and a dark blue t-shirt. Shelley Digout is around 5’4 with a thin build. She has brown hair and hazel eyes and was last seen wearing camo spandex pants and a green t-shirt.

The pair are due in court in late August and if they no show, RCMP say a warrant would be issued for their arrest.
