But the Kenora OPP say they are arrested a 47 year old man three times in the past month for impaired driving.

Around 9:00 Sunday morning, police say they responded to a man passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle in the parking lot of the Kenora Sportsplex on Bunny Street.

Not only has he been charged with impaired driver, but his drivers licence has been suspended for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.
