Police nab suspect in pharmacy B&E

A break in at a pharmacy late last month has led to the arrest of a 36 year old man by city police.

Thunder Bay Police were called to the Victoria Avenue business on the morning of May 30th, there it was discovered an individual had broken into the business 2 1/2 hours earlier and made off with $5,000 worth of merchandise.

Through a continued investigation officers were able to identify and arrest the individual two days later.

He faces several charges including:
• Carrying Concealed Weapon
• Break and Enter
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

He appeared in court Friday and was remanded into custody.
