A 4th shooter connected to a shootout earlier this month on Amelia Street West has been arrested.
A continued investigation by Thunder Bay Police with assistance from the Toronto Police Service helped bring the 15 year old male into custody in Toronto on Friday.
He’s been charged with:
• Attempt Murder – Firearm
• Possess Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
• Possession of Firearm Knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
• Discharging Firearm- Reckless
• Use Firearm in Commission of Offence
• Pointing a Firearm
• Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammo
• Tampering with Serial Number
• Fail to Comply with Release Order
• Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
• Possession of Cocaine
Prior to this police took one shooter into custody the day of the shooting, followed up by a second arrest on May 5th, a third suspect, and a 16 year old male was arrested in Toronto on May 13th.
They are expected to appear in bail court via video feed from Toronto today.
