A raid of two Ambrose Street homes Wednesday afternoon has resulted in drug trafficking charges against four Thunder Bay residents.
A pair of warrants were executed simultaneously at the homes just before 1:00 p.m. as a result of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking.
Through a search of the buildings police seized an undisclosed amount of crack cocaine, fentanyl, cash, and drug trafficking equipment.
One of the four accused, a 44 year old man, faces the majority of charges including:
• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
• Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 2
• Breach of Recognizance
Meanwhile a 56 year old woman, a 33 year old woman, and a 54 year old man each face the charges of:
• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
All four appeared in court Thursday and were remanded into custody.
