Police seek abducted child

Thunder Bay Police are asking for the public’s assistance following the abduction of an 8-year-old child Emerson Poulin.

The child is believed to be with 28-year-old Christopher Daniel Poulin of Prince Albert Saskatchewan.

They were last seen on Monday at 11:00 p.m.

Poulin is described as:
• White
• Standing 5’9” tall
• Weighing 190 pounds
• Shoulder-length bleached blond hair, which he sometimes wears in a ponytail

He was last seen wearing a white baseball cap and shirt, grey shorts and a grey sweater with black-rimmed glasses.

Meanwhile, Emerson is described as:
• White
• Standing 4” tall
• Weighing 70 pounds
• Thin build
• Brown eyes
• Brown Hair

and was last seen wearing black and red shoes with velcro straps.

A warrant is being sought for his arrest on the charges of:
• Fail to Provide Necessities of Life
• Abduction
• Unlawful Confinement
• Breach of Release
