A popular music show is back in Tusket.

SARMU 43 had their first show at the Salle Pere Maurice LeBlanc theatre behind Par-en-Bas school Sunday night.

The concert brings together high school students from PEB and Drumlin Heights, and this year Yarmouth and Barrington are included.

Organizer Alexa d’Entremont says there’s something for everyone.

“Anything from the 70s to new country and pop music. We have 80s hair bands, rock, you name it,” said d’Entremont.

It’s the first SARMU series since before the pandemic, it’s been happening in the area since the 70s.

d’Entremont says some alumni are also back for the shows.

“Some didn’t have a chance to have their graduating year because of COVID, so many are back to showcase themselves, where they didn’t have a chance to.”

Tickets for Monday and Tuesday night’s shows are available on their website or at the door.
