An Antigonish County man has been charged with sexually assaulting four victims.

Local RCMP received a report on March 15, of a woman who said that she had been assaulted by the 22-year-old in September of last year. After further investigation revealed three more victims who say they were assaulted by the same man, authorities were able to safely make an arrest at the man’s home on Church Street in Antigonish.

He has been released on conditions and will appear in provincial court on June 14.

Police believe there may be more victims who have not yet come forward and are encouraging victims, or those with information relating to the case, to contact Antigonish County District RCMP at 902-863-6500.
