The hold and secure that was placed at St Ignatius High School this earlier today has been LIFTED.

It was originally put in place after police received word of threats against the school or individuals at the school.

The Thunder Bay Catholic School Board issued the hold & secure for the safety of everyone at the school.

Thunder Bay Police and the school’s Resource Officer investigated the possible threat and reported that it was unfounded.
