The city is looking for residents’ input in the Parkdale area.

The City has hired Stantec Consulting Ltd. to undertake a Secondary Plan and Master Plan Municipal Class Environmental Assessment for the Parkdale area. They are looking at current and future land uses, servicing, transportation and environmental protection needs for the neighbourhood.

The Parkdale study area is bordered by Arthur Street to the south, Highway 11/17 to the north, Highway 61 to the east and Mapleward Road to the west.

An online survey is available and will be the first of multiple opportunities to comment on possible future development. In-person Open Houses will also be held to present project information.

The current survey is available until April 30.
