Codiac RCMP are investigating reports of windows being shattered in Riverview.

Inspector Dave MacDonnell told Town Council the incidents occurred between March 17 and 20.

“We had nine reports of windows being broken in East Riverview that were shot out by a BB gun,” noted MacDonnell.

“If any residents have information with regards to the matter, it would be much appreciated if they could contact RCMP or Crime Stoppers.”

In addition, he reminded residents to lock their vehicles and leave any valuables out of sight.

MacDonnell added that thefts from vehicles have been on the rise again recently.
