March much colder than normal

By Tim Davidson Apr 3, 2023 | 10:47 AM

The month of March was both colder and snowier than usual.

March came in like a lamb and went out like a lamb, but in between it was like a lion.

The average daily mean temperature was -8.1 degrees, about 2.5 degrees colder than normal.

In terms of snow, we recorded 27 centimeters, about five centimeters more than average.

Because it was so cold, there was no rain last month.

We ususally get almost 7 millimeters.

The warmest day of the month was near the beginning at 2.5 degrees on March 3rd.
