A scavenger hunt is underway in the Town of Yarmouth.

It’s all part of March Fest, which is new this year.

Jen MacMillan, project coordinator for the Yarmouth and Area Chamber of Commerce.

She says 40 teams have signed up.

“It’s running until 9 p.m. Sunday, we’ll release some challenges today, tomorrow and Sunday, and they’ll all be available to complete,” said MacMillan.

It’s all done through an app, and has picture/video, text based and GPS check-in challenges.

The popular-projection show on the Art Gallery in Jim MacLeod Square will run into April.

MacMillan says they’ve had a great response, and it’s great for people to get out and explore local.
