Suspicious activity on the 102 last night near Lacewood Drive.

Police say a woman was driving outbound around 9pm when another vehicle drove behind her with red and white emergency lights on

When she pulled over, the vehicle pulled up behind her, but the woman and the passenger became concerned when the lights didn’t resemble a police car.

She called 911 and the car drove away.

The suspect is described as a man in his 30’s with a dark mustache, driving a black sedan with black tinted windows and red and white lights near the top of the windshield
