A report on last year’s flooding in the Rainy Lake area will be presented tonight in International Falls.

It was completed by the International Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Board’s Water Levels Committee after a tour of the region last summer.

The discussion on the report will happen at the Minnesota North College-Rainy River in International Falls beginning at 6 p.m.

The report will be posted online this Friday.

The Committee will also provide an update on this year’s watershed condition.

Prior to the meeting, the National Weather Service will provide an overview of the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, & Snow Network.

That session begins at 5:30 p.m.

Both events are free to attend.
