The RCMP in Nova Scotia responded to a series of off-road collisions this past weekend, including two in the Quad Counties.
On Saturday afternoon, The Richmond County RCMP responded to a report of a woman who had been injured while riding an ATV near Louisdale. She was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Another collision occurred that evening in Inverness County when two men were injured riding a snowmobile near Whycocomagh. One of the men required medical attention from paramedics.
The RCMP wants to remind off road vehicle operators to take necessary precautions.
This includes riding sober, wearing safety gear, and driving at a safe speed.
