O-P-P say one person wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant has been captured and sent back to jail meanwhile another from Nestor Falls has been arrested for possession of weapons and stolen mail following a traffic stop late Friday night.

Officers pulled the vehicle over in Manitou Rapids shortly before midnight and determined the driver of the vehicle, a 27 year old, was impaired by drugs.

During a search officers discovered suspected methamphetamine, a spring loaded knife, throwing knives, break in tools and stolen property linked to a series of thefts from local postal boxes.

The wanted 31 year old, originally from Winnipeg, has been returned to the Department of Corrections and the 27 year old will appear in court next month,
