Ontario Provincial Police are continuing to investigate a collision on Highway 11-17 near Dorion this morning, which has claimed the life of one person.

The incident occurred around 10 o’clock on the Wolf River Bridge 80 km east of Thunder Bay.

An investigation indicates two sport utility vehicles collided killing the driver of one and injuring the passenger, that person has been sent to hospital with life threatening injuries

The driver and passenger of the other SUV were also taken to hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

The investigation remains ongoing.
