The Yarmouth Mariners have won 22 of their last 24 games.

They defeated the Pictou County Crushers 6-1 last night in New Glasgow.

Andrew Stuckless scored twice, Reid Vos, Nathan Kelly, Michael Marquez and Jerome Gilbert also scored, and Joey Lovullo got the win in net with 27 saves.

The win puts the Mariners ten points clear of the MHL lead, and 15 points up in their division.

They host Valley tonight at 7 p.m.
