Crews have cleared the earlier collision of a rolled transport truck on the ramp from Highway 107 to Highway 118 at exit 13N.

It happened around 8:30 this morning but in a serious of tweets, and HRP closed the ramp for most of the day.

The ramp to Highway 118 from Highway 107 (Exit 13N) will be closed to traffic for an extended period of time. Please use alternate routes to avoid delays.
