A suspicious death that happened in Dartmouth over the weekend, has been ruled a homicide.

On Saturday, around 11:20am, police responded to a report of a shooting on Lahey rd.

They located a 36-year-old deceased man, outside of a residence, who had been shot.

He has been identified as Nathaniel Maurice Brown.

Members from the Special Investigations Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are continuing to investigate the case. At this time, investigators do not believe that this was a random incident.
