Yarmouth Courthouse.

Delays continue in the case of the murder of Colton Cook.

While all three men connected have been found guilty in relation to Cook’s murder, sentencing for Robert Rogers has been pushed back by a month and a half.

Originally set to be sentenced on Thursday, Rogers will now face sentencing on March 16.

He was found guilty of the second degree murder of Cook and interference with human remains last week in Yarmouth Supreme Court.

So far sentencing dates for the other two men have not changed.

Keith Siscoe Jr. will face sentencing on Friday while Wayne Crawford will be sentenced on May 30th.

Siscoe Jr. pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact to murder while Crawford has pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
