OPP Statistics for Week of January 9-15

OPP in the Rainy River District handled 164 occurrences over the last seven days, ending Sunday.

Police responded to nine motor vehicle collisions and eight incidents related to the mental health act, while conducting six RIDE checks.

A total of twelve charges under the Criminal Code and 24 under the Highway Traffic Act were laid.
