Make it seven straight wins for the Yarmouth Mariners.

They defeated Amherst 4-2 on the road last night for their 24th win of the season.

Patrick Hurley, Ryan Semple, Franco Canevari and Michael Marquez scored, while Joey Lovullo stopped 23 shots.

Hurley’s goal was the game winner early in the third, as his dump-in from centre ice ended up finding the back of the net somehow.

The Mariners fell behind 2-1 in the second period, but came back to hand the Ramblers the loss.

The teams meet again tomorrow night here in Yarmouth.

The Mariners will host South Shore Sunday night.
