A man has been charged after a robbery on Christmas Eve.

Police say it was just before 9pm on December 24 , a man entered the Needs Fast Fuel on 303 Prince Albert Road.

He demanded money and fled on foot with some cash.

Shortly after a K-9 unit and officers found him and arrested him.

40 year old Jonathan Rex Jennings will appear in Dartmouth provincial court today.
