Police Provide Resource To Help Kids Keep Safe Online

This is a good time to review online safety with children now that they are home for another week or so.

Detective Inspector Jordan Whitesell with the OPP’s counter exploitation and missing persons unit and says since 2006 the provincial strategy has completed over 65,000 investigations and in a month there was 107 offenders that were charged.

Whiteshell says there are still another 175 investigations ongoing.
