The Fort Frances Muskies boys hockey team rolled to an a11-2 win over the Dryden Eagles at the 52 Canadian Rink last night.

The goal scorers were not provided.

The Muskies have now won four straight NorWOSSA contests to lead the league.

The Muskies girls team was edged 2-1 by the Eagles in the Ice for Kids Rink.

Hayden Allem had the lone goal.

 

The International Falls Broncos boys hockey team scored a 12-3 win over Ely.

Braden Skifstad notched a hat trick, while Cody Joslyn had a seven point night with two goals and five assists.

Cooper Crandall had two goals and two assists. Max Dremmel added a goal and four assists.

Other goals were provided by Julius Maish, Cadyn Zahn, Matt Wherley, and Noah Shikowsky.

The Broncos girls team was blanked 6-0 by Rock Ridge.

The Broncos were outshot 42-4.

The Rainy River Owls court teams picked up a single win in competition in Red Lake.

The senior girls volleyball team swept the Rams in three straight games.

The juniors lost two games to one.

In boys basketball, the Senior Owls lost 51-32 while the juniors fell 79-17.

The Northern Lakes Voyageurs were in Ignace, where the junior boys basketball team beat the Falcons 56-47.

The seniors lost 63-35.

In girls volleyball, it was the seniors losing three games to two.

 

The International Falls Broncos varsity girls basketball team defeated Northland 63-35.

The junior team lost 23-15.

The International Falls Broncos boys swim team picked up a single win in the poll in a dual meet with Mesabi East.

Michael Sobkowicz was first in the 100-yard backstroke.
