One person suffered serious injuries in a collision in Sackville involving an SUV and a pedestrian.

Sackville RCMP Corporal Rene Blanchard says it happened at a marked intersection at Main and King Streets shortly after 8 pm Sunday night.

The pedestrian was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Moncton.

There’s no word on their current condition.
