A 22-year-old woman from Fort Frances is facing charges following a traffic stop by OPP early Tuesday morning.
Police pulled the vehicle over in Fort Frances just before 4 a.m. after noticing a traffic violation.
During the stop, police attempted to conduct a Mandatory Alcohol Screening for impaired driving, but the driver refused and was subsequently arrested.
She was also found to have been driving while suspended.
The woman was later released but not before being handed a 90-day driver license suspension and her vehicle seized for seven days.
She will be in court to answer to the charges in January.
