A 65-year old woman reported missing in Walton has been found safe.

An emergency alert was issued just before 11 last night by RCMP.

In an update this morning at 4, RCMP say the woman was located.

They thanked local Ground Search and Rescue teams, Walton Fire and local residents and employees for their assistance.
