An early Christmas present for a Devlin woman.

Holly Witherspoon is November’s winner of Riverside Foundation for Health Care’s 50-50 draw.

She takes home $10,078.

Her win couldn’t come at a better time.

Witherspoon plans to use some of her winnings to spoil her grandson on his upcoming first birthday.

A tropical vacation for herself is also in the offering.

Riverside Foundation is also announcing that proceeds raised from its cash draws starting this month will go toward the purchase of a Cellavision DC-1 for the lab, which identifies white blood cells.

The Cellavision provides more accurate and faster identification, which can lead to faster diagnoses of blood cancers.

The Cellavision comes at an estimated cost of $33,000.

Offline sales will close for this month only on December 22.
