The Town of Lunenburg has listed another property for sale as part of an ongoing strategy to offload town assets.

The latest addition is the Old New Town School, commonly referred to as The Annex.

The old schoolhouse located on Tannery Road has primarily been used as storage for the town in recent years.

Prior to the sale, the town subdivided the lot it was on to remove an electrical line that was contained in the original division.

The Annex has been listed for $399,000, and should an acceptable offer come in it will require approval from Town Council.
