TBDHU Extends Covid Vaccine Clinics

The health unit is extending it’s stay at the CLE in the midst of rising flu cases and covid outbreaks.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit is scheduling additional COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic days at the CLE Coliseum.

From 9am to 4pm on Friday, November 4 and 11am-3pm on Saturday, November 5, walk-in COVID vaccines are available at the CLE Coliseum to anyone 6 months or older. This includes
bivalent boosters for anyone who is eligible.

The flu vaccine will also be available at these clinics for the following groups:

  • Those under 5 years
  • Those at high risk from serious illness from flu infections
    • Pregnant people, those 65 and older, Indigenous peoples and those with chronic
      health conditions, such as asthma, heart disease or diabetes
  • Those 5 years and older receiving a COVID vaccine

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics will continue to be regularly held at the CLE Coliseum on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays throughout November.
