A hearing to set a date for sentencing of former Fort Frances nurse, Lindsey Coyle, has been moved to November 29th.
It was supposed to be made yesterday.
A statement from family members of Hermina Fletcher says a delay in a pre-sentencing report is to blame.
Coyle plead guilty in August to a charge of criminal negligence causing death and a breach of a bail condition related to
Fletcher’s death in 2015 at LaVerendrye Hospital.
Court was told Coyle had falsified medical records to steal morphine for her own use, leading to Fletcher receiving more morphine than intended.
