Saint John Transit Adds More Trips

Saint John Transit is adding more trips to some of its highly-travelled routes throughout the city.

The transit service has added additional weekday trips on the #9 route, effective Monday, Oct. 3.

The route travels between McAllister Place, King’s Square, the Saint John Regional Hospital, and UNB Saint John.

Combined with existing trips on the #3 route, buses will leave McAllister Place and the Saint John Regional/UNB Saint John every 15 minutes until 6:30 p.m. on weekdays.

More weekday trips have also been added to the #15 Harbour Bridge route.

There is now 30-minute service between King’s Square and Lancaster Mall until early evening.

Saint John Transit also renamed a number of its routes over the weekend.

1A is now 1W, 1B is 1E, 3A is 3N, 3B is 3E, 9A is 9N, 9B is 9E, 15A is 15W, and 15B is 15S.
