Yarmouth is hosting a UFO Expo this weekend.

October 4th will mark 55 years since the Shag Harbour UFO Incident, when an unidentified object disappeared into the ocean and was never found.

Author Chris Styles has written two books on the subject.

He says it remains the only UFO crash scenario supported by government documents.

“And entirely without controversy as far as the origin of their authenticity. People can hear all about it Saturday, I’ll be speaking at the expo as well,” says Styles.

This weekend’s expo at the Rodd Grand Hotel will feature a ‘who’s who’ of UFO panelists on Saturday, and a bus tour to the crash site on Sunday.

It’s one of Canada’s most famous UFO sightings, and the expo is expected to bring people from across the country and the U.S.
