For many years Noront Resources has been synonymous with the Ring of Fire, and it is about to get even more. Following a name change from its parent company Wyloo Metals.

The Australian mining giant, which purchased Noront earlier this year, has renamed the company “Ring of Fire Metals” as it recommences activities in its “Eagle’s Nest” property, which the company says has some of the highest grade deposits of nickel, copper, platinum and palladium in the world.

The Ring of Fire is located 540 kilometres Northeast of Thunder Bay.
