Sunday night will be a cool one across most of New Brunswick.

A frost advisory has been issued by Environment Canada for nearly the entire province.

The weather agency says patchy frost is expected to form as clear skies and light winds coincide with cool temperatures, especially in low-lying areas.

Overnight lows are expected to range between -2°C and 3°C, with the coolest temperatures in low-lying areas.

“Frost may damage some crops in frost-prone areas,” said the weather agency.

“Take preventative measures to protect frost-sensitive plants and trees.”

Saint John and County, Grand Manan and Coastal Charlotte County, St. Stephen and Northern Charlotte County, and the Acadian Peninsula are not under the frost advisory.
