A major intersection in Yarmouth remains a four-way stop.

The lights at Pleasant Street and Starrs Road are not functioning properly, according to a release from the town.

Stop signs have been in place since the weekend, and the lights are flashing-red.

They say a specialist will be in town Monday to examine the lights, and an update will be provided then.

The town encourages motorists to use alternate routes when possible.
