Photos have been released of a suspect after an attempted robbery in Dartmouth.
Halifax Regional Police were called to a parking lot near NSCC’s Ivany Campus last Friday at around 10 a.m.
A man carrying a stick or a pipe went up to a woman as she was trying to leave her car.
Police say he threatened her and demanded she pass him the keys. He ran away empty-handed.

The suspect is described as a man in his 40s to 50s, approximately 5’7″ tall, with a slim build, salt and pepper hair, and a beard.
He was wearing a khaki-coloured hat, a dark long-sleeved shirt, jeans, black boots, blue sunglasses and a face mask.
