NASA will try tomorrow to launch its uncrewed Orion spacecraft and Space Launch System rocket as part of the Artemis mission to the moon.

It was scrubbed on Monday because of engine issues.

The weather could be an issue tomorrow.

NASA says there is the threat of scattered showers at the time of launch at 2:17 p.m. Eastern.

The weather is expected to improve toward the end of a two-hour window.

The mission is to pave the way for future crewed missions to space.

It will also be the first flight to the moon since 1972.
